Rules of procedure

Users of the park

The user who comes to the park to enjoy his leisure time must comply with the rules of proper use of the facilities and meet the instructions he gives or may give through posters indicators, PA system and, above all, through monitors and aid workers to ensure their safety and that of others.
Each facility is designed to make it a particular purpose, so that only complying with the rules of use is guaranteed full safety of users. They are violations of these rules, involving improper use of facilities, which are unsafe activity carried out in the water park.
So contrary, the proper use of the facility (which passes through compliance with standards and marked indications of specialized personnel of the park), at all times ensure the safety of the user.
For use of facilities, in addition to fulfilling the general rules and specific to each of them, the user should be able psycho-physical normal. We must take into account these conditions because in most cases failing not be detected by the monitor service.
In addition to the rules of use of the facilities you must respect other indications distributed by the park, which, besides ensuring security, are aimed at maintaining the necessary order and hygiene inside the park.
In particular we must respect the following rules:
The deck chairs and hammocks can only be used on sites suitable for this purpose (solariums of the pits), being forbidden to move to other areas.
You are not allowed to play ball in any form, or playing with objects missiles, rings, etc..
The picnic can only be practiced in areas identified and ready for this. Not in surrounding areas.
The park has the musical equipment needed to make the pleasant stay in the compound, so it is not allowed to use private musical equipment that might annoy someone else if not using headphones.
No user may interrupt the activity of surveillance personnel of the park.
It is imperative that, for the security of all is not distracting activity vigilant staff of the park.
The address of the park, which reserves the right to admission, may also, if the conduct of one or more users is not right, proceed to his expulsion from the grounds of the park. Rules of a general nature:

Most of Water World attractions are mechanical and electrical components and are therefore subject to maintenance or breakdown.
In either case, the company may have one or more attractions beyond use is not assuming any responsibility in his case against the user. The fact that one or more attractions are out of use will not be eligible for either full or partial refund of the amount of the inning.

WATER GEGANT-WATER RAPID

KAMIKACES

It is not allowed down to under 120 cm. tall.
It is not allowed to lose or head upright. It should be lowered necessarily lying back and with their hands in the neck so that the arms will protect your head.
You are not allowed to get off before the previous user has left the pool of arrival.
Upon arrival, the pool should be abandoned quickly by the side he could claim without crossing the path of the possible arrival of another user.

WATER RUNS

The maze of Lake infant and attractions are designed for small.
It is forbidden that adults use these facilities. It is only allowed the presence of adults who are caring for children who use them.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, the user must wear only bathing suit.

WATER MOUNTAIN

It is not allowed down to under 80 cm. tall.
In the fall this attraction is scheduled to take place in a boat two places, so that the two persons are positioned one after another.
The monitor responsible for the attraction may require the order of occupation of the boat because of the weight of each of the two users.
Once the decline may not abandoned the boat under any circumstances until it reaches the end of the trail. Once there must abandon the boat as soon as possible.

RAFTING RIVER

MINI-GOLF

The mini-golf is a fun in the park that is practiced in an appropriate area upon payment of an amount not included in the price of entry to the park. This entitles them to play a game per user.
The person in charge of the facility will provide a put and a ball, as well as a sheet on which record their results. The "put" and the ball must be returned at the counter to finish the game.

LOUNGERS AND HAMMOCKS

In solariums of the Wave Pool and are willing Llac Relax hammocks and deck chairs. They are for rent.

PICNIC

INFIRMARY

The user has the right to use medical services if the park were injured inside the same or have unforeseen need of assistance.
The park's medical services are provided by Decree 103 / 1988 issued by the Generalitat of Catalonia on the regulation of the operation of water parks and its subsequent amendments that may occur. Therefore, appropriate medical services are to provide first aid.
If the seriousness of the case so requires, the patient will be transferred to a care centre appropriate choice by the management of the park, with total economic indemnity for the user.

PARKING

The car park is free. In areas adjacent to the park's two entrances there are areas suitable for parking.
The car park can only be used by users of the park and during its opening hours to the public, extended by one hour before and after it.
The company did not respond in any case of theft or damage they may suffer the vehicle or objects deposited therein.

APPAREL AND LOCKERS

In the park there are enabled units as dressing rooms: one for ladies and gentlemen to another. These sites are provided only for changing clothes, not for any kind of toilet or service, which already has its branches in other locations.
Annex to the locker room there is a set of lockers available to the public upon payment of the amount tarifada which will be found duly announced. The address of the park requires the deposit of a sum of money in ensuring the return of the key.

X-TREME MOUNTAIN

They may only use is attracting people who know how to swim.

Using the attraction one person at the same time, and only being allowed down when the previous user has left the pool of arrival.
